Northern Westchester Hospital at 400 Main Street, Mount Kisco, New York.

I was in the hospital on May 5, in the ER with my mother her ankles were swollen and she was in excruciating pain. We saw the doctor who was a lady in her late 50s. She had a agitated look on her face. She realized my mom didn't live in the area and asked us why did we come to this hospital? We explained to her that we were in the area. My mother didn't feel comfortable with the question and I didn't think that if someone is visiting from out of town we can't come to that hospital. I am not sure but I think her name was Dr. Michelle Popkins. PA Williams also was there and a scribe which he didn't record any of the conversation. The doctor also said that she was going to do an x-ray of my mother's ankle but didn't and discharged us instead. She left with the same pain she came in with. The facility is clean they did see my mom right away the triage nurse Christina was great the front desk security was helpful as well. The nurse Bindi Mathew was excellent she had great bedside manners. I would have given the hospital 5 stars but the ER doctor was the worst.
